From its founding in 2006, Eastmen has filled an essential need. With roots in Eastern Europe and an understanding of its people and culture, Eastmen has been hugely successful in matching European professionals with top Dutch companies. European professionals are happy to have employment opportunities in The Netherlands, while Dutch companies are pleased with the abilities and work ethic of the specialists Eastmen provides. It’s a winning formula that has seen us grow at an enviable rate.

While we started out recruiting mainly technical sector specialists, sitting still is not in our nature. We continue to expand our offerings and now source and support experienced specialists for the high-tech, chemical and IT industries as well. 

While thousands of top-notch professionals have already found satisfying temporary work through Eastmen (adding a unique experience to their CVs), we’re just getting started.
