Being active in Hungary since 2012, we have specialized in recruiting Romanian, Hungarian, Slovakian, Polish, Croatian, Slovakian, Croatian and Bulgarian professionals for our partner companies in the Netherlands. Every year hundreds of workers are recruited by Eastmen.

What do we do as recruiters?
- We select and interview skilled and unskilled professionals for Dutch companies in the metal industry (welders, CNC machine operators/programmers, locksmiths, mechanics, etc.), the oil industry, the automotive industry, for transportation and logistics companies and even IT or medical specialists
- We contact applicants in our system and reply to those who contact us by phone or e-mail
- The registration of applicants in our database is partly automated - filling in relevant aspects or updating data when interviewing applicants is left to us
- We constantly communicate with our colleagues in Utrecht to clarify details about candidates, employees, available positions and partner companies
- We access CV databases and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LikedIn, etc.) to find new potential candidates
- For those selected, proposed and accepted to start working in the Netherlands, we are responsible for organizing their travel and providing all the necessary information (in the Netherlands, employees will continue to receive assistance in Romanian, Hungarian or English from our colleagues - Coordinators)
How would you briefly describe yourself?
- You have a positive energy in dealing with people
- You have good communication skills in Polish and English (fluent spoken and written)
- You like to work efficiently, are a self-starter, energetic, proactive and flexible (situations may arise that need to be resolved immediately)
- You have basic computer skills (databases, e-mail)
- You have persuasiveness and a certain sales flair and talent (you will convince people to work with Eastmen)
- You like the idea of phoning at least 35-40 candidates a day from CV databases (cold calling is an important part of the job)
