NBBU CAO

The NBBU is the Dutch Association of Intermediary Organizations and Temporary Employment Agencies. We joined this association in 2012. As an Eastmen worker, this certificate guarantees that you are paid according to Dutch norms – the collective labour agreement, or CAO, to which our clients are bound. In cases where no collective labour agreement exists, we apply the NBBU CAO. This collective agreement ensures that, as a professional, you are properly rewarded for the work you do.
