Candidate Analyst (Budapest Office)

Eastmen is constantly growing, and we have been active in Hungary since the beginning of 2012 with an office in Budapest, where we are looking for an English-speaking Candidate Analyst to join our team. That could be you!

Eastmen is a Dutch workforce agency specialising in recruiting Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, Lithuanian, Polish, Croatian and Bulgarian professionals for temporary or longer-term work in the Netherlands. Every year, hundreds of workers are recruited by Eastmen.

Your daily activities as an analyst include:

• As the first person forming the link between our company and applicants, you will screen new applicants and contact them by phone
• You will test the candidates' level of English and note it in our system, along with notes of the entire conversation that you will record for each call
• You will then hand over suitable candidates to Recruiters to propose them directly to companies
• You will deal with candidates who are citizens of an EU country.
• You will send daily mass mails and SMS to the applicants in our database about our job offers and new open positions in our client companies in the Netherlands

How we see the ideal candidate:

• You have a positive energy in dealing with people
• You have good communication skills in English (fluent spoken and written)
• You like to work efficiently, you are enterprising, energetic and proactive
• You have basic computer skills (databases, e-mail)
• You like the idea of contacting at least 30-50 candidates in our system by phone per day to identify suitable candidates for our partner companies
