Job Description:
- This is a job with various tasks, and fulfilling them is closely related to the changes that happen within the company and in our connection with our clients and candidates (we depend on them)
- The schedule is very flexible. Work is done at different times of the day (even in the evening) or on weekends, depending on when candidates arrive at the airport
- Regular monitoring of the situation of the houses rented to workers throughout the country
- Online searching for new houses available for rent and maintaining relationships with companies that offer these services
- Monitoring the vehicles rented to candidates (over 70 vehicles)
- Ability to answer candidates' questions regarding the employment contract, salaries, life in the Netherlands, etc., and communicating with them via email or phone
- Continuous communication with Eastmen company managers and recruiters from the offices in Romania and Hungary
- Keeping records of new candidates accepted by our clients (companies in the Netherlands)
- Other administrative tasks
Ideal candidate:
- Availability to relocate to the Netherlands (almost immediately)
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends, which also offers a lot of freedom
- Ability to work independently, as well as quickly integrate yourself into a new environment (new country with a foreign language)
- We are looking for a person who is a quick learner, in order to use computer systems, to be able to keep records in our database system
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Hungarian, or English
- Very good communication skills
- Very good email writing skills (addressing formulas, page layout)
